His life's work centers on driving 100% organic production standards, mitigating modern health issues caused by pollution, and aggressively scaling eco-friendly farming methodologies. Mrs. Deshmukh is passionately dedicated to the socio-economic empowerment of rural women farmers and local self-help groups (Bachat Gats). Alongside her focus on agricultural inclusivity, she champions the company's indoor air quality and residential forestry projects. Her core mission is to introduce optimized, oxygen-generating indoor flora to urban households — ensuring homes remain vibrant, healthy, and inherently resilient against environmental stressors.
